Products Description

FANRYN Rock Wool Boards are produced from inorganic raw materials, primarily basalt and limestone. The raw materials are melted in a cupola furnace at temperatures exceeding 1450°C. The resulting molten lava is subsequently fiberized through a high-speed centrifugal spinning process. These mineral fibers are then bonded with a thermosetting resin to form a cohesive and dimensionally stable product. Finally, the continuous mat is precisely cut into standardized board sizes to facilitate easy handling and installation on site.
