Product introduction of the Rock Wool Board

FANRYN rock wool boards are engineered from a blend of natural basalt and limestone. These raw materials are fused at extreme temperatures exceeding 1450°C in our custom furnaces. The molten lava is then transformed into a robust matrix of continuous fibres through an advanced centrifugal spinning process. A high-performance, thermosetting resin is applied to bond these fibres, resulting in a product of exceptional dimensional stability and durability. Each board is finally precision-cut to exacting tolerances, guaranteeing consistent performance and seamless installation for a comprehensive range of industrial and construction applications.
